I think I may have been scammed.

I bought some merchandise online and I think the price were too good to be true. They never sent me an invoice. Their return policy has conflicting information. The charge shows in paypal with a different company name than the website I ordered from. I placed the order on Wed., 5/26/21. What should I do?
