Good evening, I bought a game trough PayPal, after the payment it took the money, but I didn't get anything.
The website says it got rejected due security reasons. I got the transaction email, when i click on the ID, it says Canceled - Authorization
The temporary authorization was canceled and your payment method wasn't charged.
But it took the money.
I can't report it trough the resolution center because there are nothing and I cant find it in summary too. How can I ask for refund, how can I report it, what can I do? Please help me, where I can get help?
