Is it possible to re-open a case where I was denied and the case was "closed"? PayPal fell short on this IMO. After denial, I obtained indisputable proof that the seller sent my package to an address that wasn't mine AND with another person's name on it. I have a picture of the label with the tracking number on it from the USPS. Any suggestions? Thanks, community!
