Literally, it doesn’t matter what you submit, you won’t get the account back. PayPal has stolen your funds. Kiss that $ goodbye. They only ask you for this info in an effort to stall you and wear you down.

What would be the point?

Paypal would 'earn' far more money allowing someone to continue 'using' a Paypal and getting a fee from the seller when they buy or sell.

Paypal want folks to have functional paypal accounts, it earns them their cash !!
