I filed a dispute for not receiving item from seller. I finally received product, but it didn't work correctly. Seller was getting me an address to send it back, but took forever. In meantime, paypal closed act.due to shipment received; now I have a broken product that I can't seem to get resolved! Help!
Of course they delayed, they were hoping the dispute would run out of time BEFORE you changed it FROM non receipt TO not as described so that you were still covered.
Now the only thing you can do is contact customer services and see if they will open a second dispute for you (they may say no as its 1 dispute per transaction) but worth asking.
You should really have 'changed' the dispute before it was closed.
