I’ve now just realised that when I was making my account I selected the wrong town of my address, PayPal had sent me a verification thing out of nowhere and I went through it and out my address as the one I’m actually at, without know I selected the wrong one. My account got restricted and I don’t have a way of really proving this mistake, any suggestions, I have money locked on it.
