I refunded payment

I paid for 7 tops which when received were far too small. Requested return address which was not forthcoming. Raised complaint, address received. Duly parcelled items for return, photographed items, package & postal receipt. However despite all this PayPal found in their favour. So I am left with no tops and my bank account is less £140+. Not a happy person😡

I expect it was from China wasn't it?

In the event of an item received but not as described dispute the item has to be SIGNIFICANTLY other than as described.

You bought a top and received a top so paypal did not consider it significant so your only option is to sort it out with the seller.

If you bought in the UK then they are legally obliged to accept returns and refund but if its from China or anywhere else internationally then sadly you could return it and they ignore you.
