I refunded buyer but have not recieved item back yet
I sold item to a buyer who later requested a refund. PayPal case was ruled in buyer favor and money was refunded out of my account. This was over a month ago and buyer has not shipped product back to me yet. I've contacted buyer but no response. How can I have PayPal get involved to get buyer to ship item back to me? Resolution Center won't let me do anything for this such as re-open prior claim or start a new one.
