I received clothing order in terrible condition but I can't reopen a dispute

customerservice1.pngcustomerservice2.png I ordered from rose-secret and the clothing arrived in terrible condition. They also failed to mention that the package is shipping in two separate boxes. I was skeptical when they sent me a message after they shipped my order saying "some items were out of stock" and only refunded me the subtotal not including the shipping and tax fees. I opened a dispute right away. I have now received a second box of items the next day that are also in horrible condition but I already opened a dispute with a set amount of items not as described. Can I open a new case? What should I do?
