I paid for promotional services ,and was assured Id be informed when the requested promotion had started however the promotional packages I paid for were never delivered the user contacted me on instagram where he had solicited his services in the first place and asked me to please cancel the dispute so he could move forward with the promotion, however it's now another day later and still no work has been done and this person is enjoying my money for a scam. I just want to be able to dispute my 96$ again and the $40 I originally paid so I don't lose money on some slick stuff...
If you had to close a case to get a refund then it would be pointless opening one.
NEVER close a dispute / claim until you have a refund.
If the seller issued a refund then that would close the dispute automatically.
If he doesn't escalate to a claim.
Do not close it or he can ignore you and you can't open a second dispute OR re-open a closed one.
This is my first time doing this kind of business, but they are clearly trying to scam me I wish I had more recourse.
