I ordered something from #Longruian Electronic Commerce Co. and it was a scam

I ordered two Christmas trees made out of sea glass.  What I received were two 5" Christmas trees made out of clear plastic - something I would expect to see at a dollar store.  I opened a dispute, but have not received much cooperation from Pay Pal.  They contacted the merchant who offered a partial refund of less than half what I paid.  I just want to return the items for a refund.

Do not order items from this company.  It is a fraud

I am in the same boat.  Ordered one of their Waldorf dolls and received a carnival quality toy.  These guys need to be stopped Facebook should ban them, unfortunately the are like a chameleon and change skins (company names).  I was appalled with receiving one of these ugly pieces, I cannot imagine how I would have felt receiving 10 of them 😞

I had the exact same experience with this company.  Carnival dolls.  I ordered several for my grand-daughters and I wouldn't even give them as dog toys! Total crooks!

I encourage you to report the scam to econsumer.gov and Federal Trade commission. Links below. That is the ONLY way to stop them and their facilitator PayPal. I got scammed too and yes, I sent pictures of what I ordered and received.  PayPal has been a COMPLETE waste of time.  I can't get a live body on the phone to discuss this with them.  I've wasted another hour today on PayPal and got nowhere.  May just cancel my account after this.

Go to Resolution center and file an official claim. Send all the evidence you can. I have hear comments of people that managed to get full refund from PayPal

I did that and sent photos and PayPal just closed my case saying that “The case was closed in the seller's favor as the item wasn’t damaged, different or missing any parts as described by you.” Seriously?!?!? PayPal is protecting these scammers! Not us, the victims of fraud!
