The rest of the story is after 6 weeks, I contacted the seller when the order didn't arrive. The seller told me to be patient. I waited. After 2 more weeks, I told the seller to cancel and contacted Paypal. Almost 3 months later, and a weekly note on my dispute that it would be another ten days for resolution for 4 weeks, they told me they are now closing the dispute because I finally received the order. I screen shot weekly "extensions" that they continued to do for over a month saying "We are working on it, you'll receive an update soon" and a new date was inserted.
Do I open a new dispute? Or am I out of luck because it was SO long ago when it was ordered?
Sadly, I could not easily insert a message in the dispute when they did arrive to announce that it was also fake coins.
