Have someone can help me, please? I opened a dispute case but I close it. And now I want to reopen with the reason : I received my item but it's different than described. But Paypal said : I can only open 1 times for this reason. It's mean I almost lost my money, right?
Why did you close it? If you opened the dispute and the seller convinced you close it, then that's it. You only get one chance. If paid with credit card, contact your card company to dispute.
This is first time I use it. And I do wrong. And then I try to call PayPal but can not. Been waiting for 2 and half hours but no one pick up the phone. And now the seller can use money without thinking about dispute. This is my expensive experiences. 0% chance to take a refund.
