I opened dispute last year but not resolve this problem yet.

I Opened dispute Transaction last year (In Jul 11, 2018). Because, Someone is using my PayPal account without my knowledge. I contacted my financial institution and paypal. But still I didn't get any update from paypal. They send me some e-mails like this. 

These all transactions are made for fiverr. I contacted fiverr and they said that they cancelled these all transaction and return it to Paypal. But I didn't get any amount yet. My financial institution said that Paypal have the responsible to cancel these claim.

What can I do now. Please help me...
