I never got my refund money from scammer.

I open a case. but paypal decides to close the case today. the seller never replied. and i never got my refund..

but it closed today but that seller never contacted me..

I even posted screenshot evidence he was scamming me and i wanted the refund money..

Sorry you need to give some information if you want advice, you haven't even said which dispute you opened / if you escalated it to a claim and what paypal stated.

it just shows case closed. when i open new case just auto closes it.

Looks as if you opened a dispute for item or service not received but didn't escalate to a claim so it timed out automatically and closed 20 days later.

You are supposed to escalate to a claim for paypal to get involved before it times out 20 days later.

As you are only allowed x1 dispute per transaction then that is why the others you opened auto closed immediately.
