I recently presented them with my bank that had my name on it and date issued, even with a transaction this year but Pay pal declined it as well. I need the money urgent because I need to pay my bills but Pay pal locked my money. I have my husband's utility bill that had my address on it but Pay pal wouldn't accept it because it's not my name. I however presented them with my marriage contract but they declined it as well, is there anything else I can do? I need to pay my bills urgently but Pay pal has my money.
