I need to talk to a human in Paypal customer services: My Paypal account has been deleted

Hello,

Desperately looking for some help here.

My PayPal account has been deleted (as confirmed by a paypal rep during on an online chat). I didn't authorise the deletion, nor did I request it. My account contained funds at the point of deletion.

Has anyone else experienced this and is anyone able to tell me how I can talk to an actual customer services rep on the phone? At present, they don't appear to be taking calls (presumably due to COVID). My business relies on my Paypal account, which, as it's been deleted, is severely affecting my business.

Any guidance gratefully received. Thank you
