I need to resolve the dispute. But the case is Closed. How to resolve it?

The seller had charged me for a recurring payment. Though I had advised him not to. I could not see any option on the Paypal to stop the automatic payment. 

 

So I created a dispute. The paypal closed the dispute and asked me to contact seller.

I did contact and they are ready to refund. But they want me to resolve the dispute.

 

Since PayPal closed it. I don't see any option to close it. There is no way to contact the Paypal. The phone line is not working due to covid-19. I dropped them the message. There is no reply.
