I need to recover my account. URGENT! please help

PayPal limited my account to not receive and send payments because someone tried to buy my book online using PP. I received a message saying that I needed to upload an ID -which I did- and a "purchase receipt from your supplier". The problem here is that I am selling my own digital book, I do not have a purchase receipt. Please help me :(. I am not going anything wrong. I can even send the link of my book so you guys can know I am selling my own digital product. I need to recover my account.

Thank you for your post and welcome to the Community Forum!
In general, if you can't complete all the steps in your Resolution Centre, you can draft a document where you explain why you can't provide the requested information, and upload it to your Resolution Centre! Once all the steps have been completed, the matter will be reviewed by the relevant team.
