I need to dispute a purchase I did using guest checkout

Hi,

I made a payment via Paypal on Etsy to purchase a product but the buyer turned out to be a fraud and

due to our complaints, his store is closed now on Etsy.

I need to open a dispute for that transaction but I dont have a Paypal account and cannot contact customer service

via phone because of that. I opened an account today to access community center but the mentioned transaction does not show on my account

and I cannot open a dispute via resolution center.

I need your help, please.

If you need to open a dispute for a 'guest buyer' transaction then you can.......

1. Phone Paypal customer services and see if they will open one for you OR
2. Contact your card issuer for a chargeback.

Hi

Thanks for the suggestions. I tried to phone Paypal but it requires a phone number for the transaction.

I did not use any phone number just my e-mail for the transaction but it does not ask about that.

I am at a loss to contact Paypal, I guess I need to contact my card issuer as a last resort.
