Hi, so I purchased an item on eBay last week, it never arrived and I opened a case but shortly after rang the seller and they basically found my parcel 3 days later. It got lost in transit and then returned to the depot. They've put a refund through first thing this morning, but now they've found the parcel they are holding it for me to pay again. Which I can't do until the refunds gone back into my PayPal credit. Says it's on my refunds but not displaying the balance is available in my wallet. Does anyone know how to speed this process up as I really need to 're order today?!?! Thanks.
