I have limitations on my PayPal account. I have never used the my account. I set up an account. Got a debit card activated it but have never use either the card or the account but I cannot access my money on either. Cannot withdraw send transfer or close. I have tried contacting PayPal customer service. I have not once in 3 months of trying every day to talk to anyone live and all I get is the automated system. I am currently unemployed and my best friend's husband suddenly passed away and I could help her as well as myself but can't access my money. What is going on

In the resolution centre or message centre there should have been instructions on how to resolve the limitation as long as it was not a permanent one.
Advice is voluntary.
