I need help

I purchased a item and used PayPal to pay I accidentally sent the payment as family and friends I have not received the item and don’t know what to do

I'm sorry to hear of the trouble with this transaction. 

 

We only offer Buyer Protection for Goods and Services payments. Regrettably, you cannot dispute a Friends and Family transaction. If you paid with a bank or card, they might have a dispute process to file with them.
