I need help

Hello

Well i have been using the paypal for some months and its first time that i face this issue so i don't know how its fixed

 

I tried contacting support team but they are not replying (via email) 

 

"We're sorry, we need more information before you can continue. Please contact Customer Service for assistance".

my paypal is fully verified and everything is enabled in it

 

I wish anyone could fix it for me

As you have not added your country to your community profile or said in your post then we can't help at the moment (Paypal varies a lot country to country).

Click on the words "Help / Contact" at the bottom of paypals pages and use the phone option in the blue band at the top OR very bottom of page dependent on what country you are in. Scroll down past the list of help questions and click on 'Call us' bottom of that page. Log in and get the code.
