I have a friend who needs money, and I've sent him in the Past. But now all the sudden, as I tried sending him again, i was told I'd reached my "Sending Limit" I don't know what it's for and why I have it, I need it resolved and that quickly. If I have to pay to resolve it then that's just Criminal,Pure and Simple. My friend needs that money NOW, so no messing about here. How do I resolve it?
