I need help with an account limitation

I signed up for a new account with paypal.  My account had an account limitation placed on it.  I was not contacted about it.  I submitted the informati0n over 7 days ago and I still have not heard anything.  I went onto Facebook and used messenger to submit a question.  I was told someone would contact me.  It still has not happened.  Does anyone know what my next step should be?  The help function is a joke.

You need to contact customer services to resolve any limitation OR account specific issues.
Click help / contact bottom left of Paypal pages for options available for your country.

Or have you considered contacting Customer Service via Facebook or Twitter?
You can send them a personal message from their facebook or twitter pages.

I was on facebook and they now said to give them up to 10 business days to research what is going on.
