I need help restoring my account access

Hello, unfortunately my PayPal account was marked completely limited I think because I tried to add my not-available-online bank account on it and kept trying to add it. Please I really need a PayPal account and don't have any more emails please can someone help? I have sent my national ID and still disabled, I am also a faculty of science student and I have a .edu email to make you sure of my identity or I can make video call. Again, I really need PayPal please help.

You need to contact customer services to resolve any limitation OR account specific issues.
Click help / contact bottom left of Paypal pages for options available for your country.

Or have you considered contacting Customer Service via Facebook or Twitter?
