So I got scammed on e website for $99 it was called vertdoc and I bought a metal slide for a bb gun and I realized it was a scam like 2 hours later so I email the guy I want a refund right now and he deletes his email so what do I do also on the website I payed with paypal without a account idk it was weird all I had to do was type my debit card so I linked this card to my PayPal and it says no transactions were made what do I do?!?!
