I was to make a business account with another email and I ended up using my personal account and I needed to reset it and the only was by deleting it and my account is now limited Can someone help me out? I also sent this message to support and I haven't got a reply
You need to contact customer services to resolve any limitation OR account specific issues. Click help / contact bottom left of Paypal pages for options available for your country.
