I’m the seller and I have to refund a buyer, but I spent €35 on shipping, can I get refunded for those €35 i spent?

Sorry but seller protection does not cover shipping.
The idea is that you send insured / trackable and then claim from the postage company if an item gets lost in the post.
Advice is voluntary.
