I’m having trouble with my account It’s say Your account access is limited

I don’t have access through my page because it says Your account access is limited

they will ask you to prove who you are

utility bill for proof of address along with photo I.D

passport

driving licence

military I.D

i have none of the above they told me to send them a birth certificate along

with government letter saying its you, 

good luck i'm still waiting and refuse to pay for another birth certificate

costing me money to prove who i am

my own bank does not ask this much info

they just asked me about ID, bank, statement, Address
