I'm constantly hung up on with customer service. What magic to I need to speak to someone?

Every time that I call customer service today, I get cut off after around 20 minutes. I have asked to be called back. When I get the call back I am connected and then hung up on.
I have waited on hold and then disconnect after 20 min.
I have called 7 times today.
I cannot get into my other account because the verification phone number is no longer in service and I need to change that number.
How do I speak to someone at this company???

I guess you would have to provide your ID etc. in order to get your PayPal Account back.
You can open a new PayPal, and call them under that one. As you had no way obviously.
