I have an account for my pottery business. Paypal limited my account and is holding all of my money and asking me for a tracking number and purchase receipt from a supplier.
1. I entered the tracking number which is now expired because the package has been delivered to my customer so its not registering as valid and I'm met with "Please contact Customer Support at and reference number" which I did, and customer support said they weren't equipped to answer my question?
2. I don't have supplier receipts because everything I sell is handmade by me!
I don't know what to do because their "customer service" is not helpful at all. I'm stuck in these automated loops that can't resolve my issues.
