I'm under the age of 18, and I've started using PayPal, but my account just got limited so is all my money lost? I've researched but can't find a similar case, but I'm 100% sure kids my age have made the same mistake I have. Any advice?

Paypal does not allow account holders under the age of 18.
PayPal asks for a birth date when you register so whilst you can make a PayPal account with false information the account will need to be verified to accept funds into your balance or lift any limits.
As you would be unable to verify your account it would be locked for further use.
Minors can’t enter legal contracts so you may not have any recourse to get your money back until you were 18.
Even then its up to customer services if when you were 18 they would allow you to open another paypal account and transfer the funds from the illegal one over to your new one for you.
