I lost my money!

I'm not 18 year old yet. But I can use paypal before until now when I got money from my brother, it was $8xx.00 and paypal said I cannot transfer or use it, actually my paypal account got locked because i'm not 18. What should I do to get my money from my paypal? Pls help me out
