I created this paypal account as a 13yr old doing art commissions. At the time I didn't realize lying on my DOB was going to cause me such hassle. I'm unable to close my account because I can't confirm that I was born in 1997 (newsflash: I was not born in 1997) as I do not have any form of ID. How can I resolve this?
