I am currently traveling to Indonesia. With Bitcoin climbing and falling, I would like to buy Bitcoin anywhere I go. However, every-time I try to purchase bitcoin, PayPal decides to limit/block my account. This is the second time. I just recovered my account like a day ago. Now I have to resend them the exact same documents again. Is there any possible way to avoid this? or is buying bitcoin only allowed to be purchased on US Soil?
I have also heard that they do not allow VPN when using PayPal. and I can assure you, I was not using PayPal when trying to purchase Bitcoin. Please do advise.
