Hey i just got scammed by a Paypal user after agreement of making a animated video from a Freelancer app called Fiverr. I sent her 130 USD for the product and sit here with nothing. I have never been scammed before and there was a lot of red flags trough the conversations, but i really believed her.
Is there any possibility to get the money back or report the user. Something. I wont stop until justice is served.
