I have withdrawn more tha 1800 euros and now PayPal have sent me an email telling me that they need more information or else my account will be limited. The email says (1)to log in to PayPal, (2) go to the notifications and(3) follow the instructions. I didn't understand that instructions it meant because it had nothing else written, I have also gone to the notifications as it told me to and didn't find any tasks. What should I do please help.
