I am trying to reach PayPal I called them waited 20 mins and no answer.
I have a problem. I have opened a dispute but I cannot specify because of your website design. It was very poor and my dispute is closed because I cannot detailed. I cannot open a new dispute and my problem is not solved please help me!!!
My problem is :

I got proofs both for me and another person. He is scammer it's obvious. Even if I cannot get my money PayPal please block him.
