I have problem with my acc so long time I already fixed it "temporarily limited"

I follow all about limitations

but it's not happen it's dont have any change  in my account.

it's take so long time (1 years) in my acc ....

So i don't know how to do next, i send msg to support but they don't.....

 

 

This my issue :

We need you to take action on your account. Some features in your account will be limited until you perform certain tasks on your account. You will be able to regain access to these features once you've completed these.

You need to contact customer services to resolve any limitation OR account specific issues.
Click help / contact bottom left of Paypal pages for options available for your country.

Or have you considered contacting Customer Service via Facebook or Twitter?
