I have problem verifying my address in order to resolve account limited access issue.

Recently, I was informed that my account access has been temporarily limited. I have tried many times to resolve this issue but the problem is that I can't verify my address even though I provide the address which matches the address in my statement. I have no idea what to do now, so I seek help and advice.

Log on, click HELP on top menu, scroll down to click CONTACT US, and then scroll down to click CALL US or other contact options.
