During the exchange between myself and the seller in a "Significantly different to how it was described" dispute, the seller stated that I would be refunded when I showed proof that the item had been posted back.
That was on the 3rd of August. The case is now being resolved by Paypal but the estimated resolution date keeps getting push back to review extra information from the seller , to the 7th of September now.
The ever increasing delay has me worried that I might lose the case.
Regardless, should the seller be held to their promise of a refund?
