No this matter has not been solved - I still have not received my package or a refund... I never received my order,... I cantact USPS tracking and spoke with an agent Jim- I was advised the tracking number given on the purchase order o PayPal was incorrect... 1) tracking number given is going to a completely different address and recipient/Name was wrong (mark?) 2) wait of the package for the tracking number was only 2ounces 3) the tracking number give was generated on July 1 ( I didn't even placed the order until the 18th) How could something go out when I haven't even ordered it yet... I have sent to letters to both of PayPal complaint/resolution Dept and supply/vender and a complaint into USPS I never received this: Jura 72034 Milk Frother - $63.99 Not sure how this could have been delivered stated before I even ordered it the product... I spoke with USPS and they advised me that the tracking number Madeline T Hurst supplied me on this invoice that was sent/emailed to me by you/PayPal was not correct... Jim the USPS agent advised this was going to a total different address and name and the total wieght of the package was only 2 ounces. I am notifing you, PayPal as well as internet fraud department if I am not fully refunded...
