I’ve been getting the blurb “Before you can complete any transactions, you need to verify that you’re the account holder. Please visit the Identity Confirmation Dashboard to find out what information we need” for over a week even AFTER providing the information they needed. Is anyone else getting this problem? If so, let me know if you have any solutions, it would be greatly appreciated.
