My PayPal has a balance but i'm having problems using it, because my account was closed and i got a email after 180 days that i can withdraw it to my bank or add it to a card i'm having problems because i keep getting can't process at this time please try again later, I emailed PayPal 3 different times and they are not replying to my emails and or phone calls.
