I have been scammed of £120

A scammer had scammed me of £120. I had opened a case up (a chargeback), however the scammer had told me to close the case, and he would return the money (I have proof). Me being very gullible, I listened as I really needed my money back, however he had then just proceeded to block me. Then I had proceeded to file an unauthorized transaction explaining that I was scammed. PayPal had then just said that they were not able to refund me. Is there anyway I can do another chargeback on the same transaction or somehow get into contact with PayPal. I have all the proof that I had been scammed, and I really need my money back.

Thanks!

A dispute for an unauthorised transaction is telling paypal that your account was hacked and used without your consent to make that transaction.
Paypal would check IP addresses and devices and close the dispute if it was you that made the transaction.

If you had to close a case to get a refund then it would be pointless opening one.
NEVER close a dispute / claim until you have a refund.
If the seller issued a refund then that would close the dispute automatically.
If he doesn't escalate to a claim.
Do not close it or he can ignore you and you can't open a second dispute OR re-open a closed one.
