I have multiple charges on my account that were used to issue Postmates gift cards and make some Postmates purchases and I don't understand how hundreds of dollars and almost $1,000 worth of gift cards can be issued on a single day within a small time frame can be seen as fraudulent. PayPal won't allow me to make a claim on this or refund any of my money. I am by no means a rich person I don't understand why I have to pay when my account was compromised. I did not authorize these transactions. they believe this account activity is consistent with my regular account activity and it's nothing that is out of the ordinary and I am not even able to open a new case they closed the case and they won't resolve this for me or help me out.
