I have added a Credit Card to my Account. But still limitation shows up.

Hi,
I am grateful to PayPal Company for letting me do Business with the help of them.
I am selling services for a year now. Recently I got a notification for providing more information.
So, I give everything that I need.
Recently, it is showing that I need to add my credit card.
But it was added before.
So, I have removed that credit card from my account.
And I have added that again.
But no change.
Is it a bug?
What can I do?
Note that, I am always grateful to PayPal and willing to continue my journey.
