I have a problem with my account, I had a deal with some guy, he saw in some Discord server that I`m selling mine game account, so we made a deal, he sent me money but I just made my PayPal account, and I was limited for using my funds, I didn`t sent him Account login info because I was afraid he would chargeback money. I said to him we`ll wait 21 days as it says in email I received from PayPal. So he reported me and PayPal banned me for 180 days, I tried to refund him his money but I cant do a thing with my money... I texted him he wasn`t answering. Can someone help me with this?
